Welcome to JollyAnime. We are committed to delivering your custom mascot costumes, plush toys, and products safely and efficiently worldwide.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Processing times vary depending on the product type:

  • Ready-Made Plushies: 3–7 business days

  • Custom Plush Toys: 2–6 weeks

  • Custom Mascot Costumes: 3–8 weeks

  • Design Services: Based on project scope

Production times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or large custom projects.


2. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide.

Shipping carriers may include:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • EMS

  • Local courier partners

Shipping availability depends on destination country and customs regulations.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • package size

  • weight

  • destination

  • shipping method

Custom mascot costumes may require oversized shipping charges due to package dimensions.


4. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Asia: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • North America: 7–15 business days

  • Australia: 7–15 business days

  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.


5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • VAT fees

  • local handling charges

JollyAnime is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • shipping confirmation email

  • tracking number

  • courier information

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.


7. CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Custom-made products are created specifically for each customer.

Because of the personalized nature of these items:

  • production begins after approval

  • changes cannot always be made once production starts

  • delivery dates are estimates only

We recommend reviewing all design approvals carefully before confirming production.


8. SHIPPING DELAYS

JollyAnime is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs inspections

  • courier disruptions

  • natural disasters

  • incorrect shipping information

  • strikes or global shipping issues

We will always do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping problems.


9. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is submitted:

  • additional shipping fees may apply

  • delivery delays may occur

  • lost packages may not be recoverable

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error.


10. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit:

  • contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • include photos of the packaging and product

  • provide your order number

We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
