RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At JollyAnime, we strive to provide high-quality mascot costumes, plush toys, and custom design services. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, the following items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable:

Custom mascot costumes

Custom plush toys
-
Personalized products
-
Design services
-
Products made from customer-provided artwork or logos
Once production has started, cancellations or major changes may not be possible.
2. READY-MADE PRODUCTS
Ready-made plush toys and standard products may be eligible for returns if:

the item is unused
-
the item is in original condition
-
the return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

contact us within 7 days of delivery

include clear photos of the item and packaging

provide your order number
After review, we may offer:

replacement

repair
-
partial refund
-
full refund
depending on the situation.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

custom-made products

used items

washed or altered products

discounted or clearance items

digital design files

downloadable content
5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
If production has already started:

cancellation fees may apply
-
material and labor costs may be deducted from any refund
Custom mascot and plush production often begins quickly after approval.
6. REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow:

5–10 business days for processing

additional time depending on your payment provider or bank
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless caused by our error.
7. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items.
JollyAnime is not responsible for:

lost return shipments

damaged return packages
-
delays caused by courier services
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.
8. DESIGN APPROVAL RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing:

colors
-
sizes
-
spelling
-
design details
-
measurements
before approving production.
Approved designs cannot always be modified once manufacturing begins.
