Ordering custom plush toys or mascot costumes involves a level of trust — you are committing budget to a product you have not seen yet, being made thousands of miles away. We take that trust seriously. Here is a complete, transparent account of what happens from the moment you submit a quote request to the moment your order arrives at your door.

Step 1: Quote Request and Initial Consultation (Day 1–3)

When you submit a quote request, our team reviews your requirements within one business day. We look at your design reference, quantities, target market, safety certification requirements, and timeline. We then come back with a detailed quote that breaks down unit pricing, sampling costs, lead times, and shipping estimates — no vague ranges, no hidden fees discovered later.

If there are questions or clarifications needed, we schedule a brief video call or exchange emails to make sure we fully understand what you are building before quoting.

Step 2: Design Review and Brief Confirmation (Day 3–7)

Once you accept the quote, we begin the detailed design review with our manufacturing partner in Guangzhou, China. Their technical team reviews your character artwork for 3D production feasibility and flags any adaptations needed before sampling begins. We translate your brief into a production specification document that becomes the authoritative reference for everything that follows.

Step 3: Prototype Production (Week 2–4)

A physical prototype is hand-produced by our manufacturing partner. This typically takes 2–3 weeks. When the prototype is complete, we conduct an in-factory quality review and photograph it from all angles against your original design before shipping it to you. We include a detailed annotation sheet noting any intentional adaptations from the original design brief.

Step 4: Prototype Review and Revisions (Week 4–6)

You receive the physical prototype and review it in detail. Most clients request one revision round at this stage — adjustments to proportions, colour accuracy, or material feel. Revision prototypes are typically produced in 1–2 weeks. Once you sign off on a prototype, that physical sample becomes the production standard against which all mass production units are measured.

Step 5: Mass Production (Week 6–10)

Production begins with your confirmed deposit. Our manufacturing partner runs a pre-production QC check on materials and components before the production line begins. Regular production updates are provided at key milestones.

Step 6: Final QC and Shipping (Week 10–12)

Every finished order undergoes final QC inspection — checking units against the approved prototype for consistency, stitching quality, and packaging accuracy. Approved orders are packed for shipment and we provide full tracking details. Standard sea freight delivery to most major ports runs 3–5 weeks; air freight options are available for time-sensitive orders.
