Standard timelines: sample production 2–3 weeks, bulk production 4–6 weeks after sample approval. Rush options are available (additional fee applies). We share realistic timelines upfront — no surprise delays.

Not at all. Our in-house design team can take rough sketches, mood boards, or even a written description and turn them into production-ready character art. Design support is available as an add-on service.

We use premium-grade fabrics including short-pile, long-pile, and ultra-soft minky plush in dozens of colours and textures. All materials are ASTM/EN71 certified for toy safety. For mascots, we use performance fleece, foam carving, and airbrushed finishing on select styles.

Yes — we ship to 50+ countries via DHL, FedEx, and sea freight for large orders. We handle all export documentation, customs forms, and provide tracking at every stage. Shipping costs and times are quoted per destination.

Always. We produce a physical sample (pre-production prototype) for your approval before any bulk production begins. You can request revisions — we don't move forward until you're 100% happy. Sample fees are credited toward your final order.
